(solved) Propstore shipping time after an auction

Hi there,
I finally got lucky at Propstore latest auction and won 1 item that I paid on the 20th of August. I have read that after auctions, they take longer to ship because of the quantity of items to ship, and I understand this. However, it's been more than a month now without any news and I wrote an email to the LA contact email address last Friday and didn't get an answer either.
Is this normal timing for them or is something wrong there? How long does it normally take them to ship after an auction please? And is it normal they don't answer an email after almost a week as well?

I feel bad having to post about this but I'm worried and need some input
thank you all for your help :)

ps: No, sadly, this is not the padme blaster moulds and i won't be able to offer first gen casts of those. Hopefully someone else will but considering the price the mould went for, i'm doubtful now.

Anyone wants to chime in please? Now a full week that I sent the email and still no answer. Is 5weeks normal to ship for propstore?
thank you for your help

I would say try calling their landline number if you can.

Telephone

thank you, I'm French and although I'm very confortable writting, it's not the same calling someone in the US, that is why I sent an email.

I've had one take some time before - it's because they couldn't find a part of it, but they resolved it satisfactorily on my side. I did have to call them to get the process moving forward. It's like their system doesn't alert them to exceptions.

thank you for your input, so you would say normally it doesn't take a month to ship then?

I bought an item from their large summer auction a few years ago and it did take around 6-8 weeks to ship.

edit: Any my item was only a paper good, so I'd imagine proper packing for any real prop takes a little time.

Yeah, I'd say somewhere around six weeks is accurate. They do an exemplary job of packing, so I imagine that takes a while.

wow, alright, thank you very much for your input guys :) I didn't expect 6 weeks to me normal, I started to worry after a month. I'll just wait more peacefully now that I know that, however, I hope they answer my email as it seems like a normal thing to do :)

I bought something from auction on the 26th, Only shipped yesterday. First time buying, seems like its the norm. Customer service was good throughout the whole process though.

Hi there,
Got a PM from Art then the next day an answer to my email from Propstore and my order was labeled today :) I was being impatient.

So, for future reference for whoever searches for that information. It seems, after an auction, shipping time can easily be 5-6 weeks.

cheers all, looking forward to receiving my items :)

On a side note, in the meantime, I had ordered a buy now item from Propstore London, it was shipped in two days and received in 3 days I believe (and I'm in a very secluded country side farm in the south of France, so that was impressive)

So, buy now items from Propstore London seem to be a very fast turnaround :)

and I'm very happy with the item I received, and it was well packed indeed :)

Do you think they also leave in the dark for several weeks people who purchase star wars props for hundred of thousands of dollars ?
