So what current cartoons do you watch?

From time to time I catch a few episodes of cartoons on TV, be it on early weekday afternoons, saturday mornings, or in the evening when the more adult oriented cartoons like American Dad and Family guy are on.

Although not the target audience I really started to like "Ben10", mostly for it´s cool alien and vehicle designs. The story telling is quite well, at least in the early seasons. With the newer seasons the design quality degraded a bit, and with it the story telling, but still watchable.

I also like Naruto, although I don´t have the time to really get into the whole storyline, but I like the character design and overall look. My wife likes InuYasha a lot.

More kiddy oriented stuff like Spongebob Squarepants is often absolutely hilarious, and we love "Phineas and Ferb" about two brothers and how they spend their summer holidays creating a new invention every day.

Of course Batman TBATB is great, too, and the new animated spiderman also is entertaining.

So, what else is out there that one should watch at least an episode of?

And does anybody know about a good forum or a place to find artwork of said animated series? I love what e.g. Mike Mignola did for Atlantis, and I am very disappointed that I can´t find a lot on the Ben 10 designs, especially robots and space ships.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I literally caught this and Young Justice at the same time, and against all odds and every ounce of common sense, My Little Pony proved to be the more interesting show to watch. It really is an excellent show that was put together in large part by the talented Lauren Faust.

I seriously haven't watched a single episode of Young Justice since that awful two-hour pilot that thought it was a good idea to exclude all the female characters and only focus on the male characters. Those kind of approache just ticks me off.

"She's an evil enchantress who does evil dances. When you look into her eyes, she'll put you in transis. And what will she do? She'll mix up an evil brew, then she'll gobble you up in a big tasty stew. So....WATCH OUT!"

...

Oh yeah ! Have to get it on DVD, i guess, since I haven´t seen reruns of it in years!

While we´re talking "Detective", Detective Conan is a great show, too. Fun mysteries, clever plots, witty dialogue (at least in the german translation).

Just found Flapjack on cartoon network and it's like a mix of Ren a stimpy and spongebob.
Very entertaining.

Not too long ago Disney XD had Batman, Superman, and Justice League on it now they just have The Fantastic Four, Spiderman, Spiderman and his Amazing Friends, X-Men and Silver Surfer are all shows that Disney XD shows. But I watch Where in the World is Carmen San Diego, Samurai Jack, Family Guy, American Dad, Robot Chicken but my favorite one right now for some strange reason is Superjail. Ren and Stimpy still comes on Nickelodeon late night at times.

The Venture Bros is my favorite cartoon currently on TV. I would recommend it to anyone, but especially people who are familiar older cartoons like Johnny Quest and pop culture from the last 3 or 4 decades.

Here is my favorite clip of all time (no spoilers).

My fiance is nuts about this show and we're pretty sure she's the human version of Pinkie Pie. I watch the 90s batman and superman, justice league, adventure time, and the 80s transformers. Transformers prime makes my eyes want to bleed. The CGI is worse than the first season of Beast Wars. You know it must be bad when Hasbro won't put out a toy line for it :lol. I watch the DC animated movies a lot too plus Ghost In the Shell and a few other anime shows.

Phineas And Ferb is the best one in my eyes right now, my whole family love the show.
Justice league and Avengers every Friday night, and john test.

I was lucky, I was able to pick up all the batman animated series volumes for $25 each.

I really feel sorry for the kids nowadays, I think the cartoons are completely garbage compared to when I was a kid.

Family Guy and The Cleveland Show! Both excellent, although there has been the odd episode of Family Guy that had maybe 1 good bit lately, I refer to that episode about Rush Limbaugh, that was a dud. If I recall the only good bit from that episode was a line from Stewie.

They do tend to draw out a musical number when they seem to need to fill time, the "Booze" song in an episode from the current season is the worst offender.

Family Guy has always been a favourite though, and I can always find something to enjoy in every episode. I love that Seth is a Star Trek fan and throws in references, especially the episode where the TNG cast guest star.

The Cleveland Show continues to go from strength to strength.

Cartoons of times gone by though, like the X-Men from the 90s now there was a cartoon that wasn't afraid of long arcs and time travel, the Phoenix Saga in particular was great.
