Should give you guys an idea of scale, and also some close ups on the detail.

I have more pictures of the base in detail, some REALLY cool stuff on there, some skulls in the back, and an octopus hiding under the corals, really intricate. I'll post them up later.

Thats one hell of a question there B!!! I'd like the answer to that also!! I imagine its a clay sculpture....so maybe he uses thread or a thin string and lays it on allowing enough to stick to the sculpture and still give the raised look????However he does it I'm sure it a very very teadious task!!!
