So I was in Hot Topic the other day (Cap Shield)

I was in Hot Topic because my son loves the Mario and Zelda shirts they have there and I saw a Captain America Shield hanging from the wall - pretty high up. The thing looked to be a pretty good size, definitely bigger than the little frisbee one (around 12in). It had a Marvel tag on it but I was in a hurry and I figured I could always look it up and find it online if I really wanted one for decoration. Well... I can't find the thing. Anyone know a place to look or better yet, anyone know how well the thing is made?

Yeah, I saw them too. Thought about getting one for a bud. Didn't check the price or I would have got it then. Course he was with me too so it couldn't have been a surprise.

I've seen them in person and they're made of really thin plastic, worse than Rubie's kids' costume masks. They also have an inch or so thick rim on them instead of a sharp edge, making them look like trash can lids. Definitely not worth the money.

I'm actually glad to hear that. I've been kicking myself for not getting it. I was hoping it was more frisbee construction but if it's not worth the money.
