Sneak peak at the Alien Queen Huntress

I have been keeping this suit under wraps for the most part. And since I will be debuting her on Halloween I thought this is as good a time as any for a sneak peak. I still need to attach her dread rings and finish up the shoes- but this is almost a wrap! The story behind this character is she has been killing aliens and queens- and fuses parts of their bodies to her armor as trophies. She wields a sword and carries the head of a young alien queen as her shield for protection and camouflage. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it

Great work Mel, I like the P2 accents on the head and the Alien claws on the chest remind me of some of the better female Predator models. As always I'm sure this will only get better and look forward to seeing the shield!

Yes I decided to go with a P2 for this suit. But their is a reason why. The P2's are purplish in color, and the alien queens are greenish. There are gold markings on the suit. Purple, green and gold are secondary colors and look good together (just like Mardi Gras colors) There is always method to my madness.

Heres the shield. Its 4 feet tall. I sculpted it out of a block of polystrene foam. Then sent it out to be hard coated. Ignore the crap paint on the bio again.

This is what it bio looks like now minus the eye mesh:

Heres my sword. The gold marking on the suit match the markings on the sword.
