This is an original Millsburg prop license plate that was made by Earl Hays Press for the 1996 movie 'Sling Blade.'
The plate is made of Crescent brand cardboard mat board, and is still in very good condition.
I obtained this item from the prop master for the film, and will include a copy of his COA with the plate.
