Hey, rocket - not sure if it is worthwhile at all, but I have an eyeglass lens edger/cutter and can cut the lenses out with precision to 1/10th of a mm in circumference. All you would have to do is provide me with a master and the material and I could have up to 200 or more lenses cut in a day. You may have a better method, but I'm just throwing it out there
