Can you post a photo of the exact kit that would be received (it's not clear if post 72 is that) - also some better details on what parts are resin/printed/brass/etc?

What is the difference between Cold-Cast and Resin?
I will have some pictures of all of the parts Really soon. We will put together instructions on how to complete the kits. It really just need some paint and some glue. It should be pretty straight forward.

With Cold casting you add a metal powder to the resin so it can be sanded to a metal shine.(because it has the metal powder in it. The Resin cast will need to be painted.

I was of the impression of getting a fully finished Compass when I listed my name on this interest list. If its a kit I want to know what the kit looks like, and if you have an assembly video for it? Also what parts requires painting? And what are the reference picture/photos to use for painting the parts needed painting?
I had a bad experience with the compass kit I got from the Force Forum (Mike Herron), not only did it not have any instructions on it. The parts were bent, and some were missing parts. I know this is a completely independent run from his. But I just don't want to experience the same thing all over again.

I'm in the top list and would like to see the kit first as well. I realize you guys put a lot of time into this and I thank you ahead of time, but I am also sure you can relate to now that its a buildable kit and not a finished prop the need to almost "reinvigorate interest". Also I think there was talk of a map being a part of this? Is that still the case?
