Pulled the mold from the sculpt today and it looks awesome!! I will try and bang out a cast of the main helmet tomorow.... Then it's on to the teeth/horns, just have to build jacket molds for them.

Holy crap that looks awesome!

That last pic is just... I love it. I want to wear it while Christmas shopping so people know I'm the king of Christmas.

I want to wear it when I go to get dinner so people know I'm king of the drive thru.

Can't wait to see a fully painted one. Please let me know if there's a JY thread later on. I don't wanna miss it.

The helmet is Smooth Cast 65D. And the teeth/ spoke are Smooth Cast 325

man that looks good. again, what are you using on the horns to get the translucency?

 

[DirtyMoose]

I cast the horns/ teeth in Smooth Cast 325 and added some white colorant.



I used the paints in the image for aging.

The translucent effect is really coming out nice.
