Sin City Props

I have the badges and hand grenade, as well as the Yellow ******* bust on order, but was curious as to what props folks out here have? Screen used? Custom made? Anything. Just watched Sin City again for who knows how many times, and definitely looking forward to tomorrow's recut version.

I'd love to get my own Gladys (non-functional, no need for a real gun for me), or Kevin's and Jackie Boy's decapitated heads. Miho has a crapload of cool weaponry (I read in a review of the dlx version, that Miho's swords are Kill Bill swords?), and there are enough firearms to make a hitman weap with joy...

the most interesting prop (to me) was the throwing star.

havent seen one single replica of it though.

only stuff i know of is what you mentioned, badges, grenades, and even then the grenade looks kinda.... off.

any pointers (HAH. pun.) on getting an accurate throwing star would be appreciated

A friend of mine tried to have one of Miho's throwing stars made.

The machine shop he asked said no... and then reported him to the police. I guess the combination of it being a weapon and a cultural reference that for those that have not seen the film / read the books could easily take the wrong way.

The police did nothing about it - but even so it's an interesting world we live in....

The Yellow ******* bust has been delayed since August. It keeps getting pushed back. The messiah will be here before they release it.

Yeah, I preordered mine ages ago, and Im getting sick of waiting. Same thing is going on with the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Survival Kit (Towel, Ring, Bablefish)

Yeah I was just going to say that I could see how someone wouldn't want to have lots of those lying around or have them hanging up on the wall because of the negative cultural implications, so I'm not terribly surprised no one has made them.

its also a symbol related to buddhism, and i would think.....seeing as the character is asian, its more likely its related to that rather than the nazi use of it,

Looking for a copy of Hartigans Gun, I assume it is a 44 magnum but was it the 6" or 8" barrel model??Seen some Smith & Wesson replicas which look cool.

bump, im watching the flick now, love it.

i got both badges from neca i think.
they make grenades too but a little pricey for what ya get if ya ask me.

interested in some resin guns , maybe even some razor wire
