Simpsons Movie Pig "Plopper"

I recently got an Intel chip Mac so that meant I could use Windows programs! I bought a copy of Pepakura and used it to convert a 3D model of Homer's pig. I printed it out and folded up a 1:1 scale piggy!

Crude, I know but you can really only do so much with paper. Besides, I plan to fiberglass him like many have done with Halo helmets. When he's done I'll be able to use the carpool lanes!:lol

Thanks guys! I've been working on this for a few months. it took a few days to build the 3D model but most of the time was spent printing out low poly versions to test proportions, size and details.

I've been spending my lunch hour working on him so I had to drive him home last Friday. He sat comfortably in the front seat, staring vacantly out the windshield. I got some strange looks on the drive!:lol
