Silicone life size bust mold making...HELP!

Ok, so I've got my RTV Silicone (S&W plastics 555) that I've been practicing molds on 12" figure heads. Easy stuff, but I need some advice on how to make a mold of a lifesize bust.

I know that you need a resin shell to hold the silicone mold, but after watching some youtube videos, do I need something called Poly fiber to make the silicone thicker to brush on? The silicone I use has a tendency to drip as it is.

Sorry for the noob question. Just need help.:confused

Not sure if it will work on your silicone, but I use thi-vex 2, thixotropic agent to thicken my silicone, mold max 30. Which is a tin based silicone. Go to my thread of my Michael Jackson Zombie bust to see it in action. I get a good "print coat" (2 layers), then I add the thi-vex and trowel it on. I use alchohol to smooth it down after. Good luck.

Yeah, I saw your MJ thread and gave me ideas. Just needed some more pointers though.
