Just got confirmation from Sideshow that the premium format Speeder bikes will be arriving in their Los Angeles warehouse within approximately the next 5-7 days.

It's actually bigger than studio scale, 35" long. I wish it would have been a Studio Scale replica.

They Sold out in a few hours, the price was $799 so $940 is a pretty good deal.

Mine came the other day. It came in a double cardboard box, no graphix on the box. The Scout trooper is somewhat articulated to position him better on the bike. The base has a little log on it, could have been a bit more detailed... but that's a small part of it. I wish I could turn his head... The flaps in the back are hinged, but do nothing.

The head is on a ball joint and should turn.

Mine may be a little stuck. I gave it a slight tug to see if it would move easily, but it didn't, so I didn't want to try too hard. The way his head is now, it doesn't fit with how his arm is positioned. I'll just have to take a hammer to it :rolleyes I'll try to move it again

The head on mine was pretty tight. I had to force it a bit to get it to move. This thing is easily one of my favorite pieces - SS outdid themselves on this one. A lot of metal on it too - it's heavy duty.

The ones I see selling on ebay are mostly on preorders and not in stock items.

You should get a few and resell at huge profit in a few months.
