Funny though, they assemble him VERY similar to what I did with my DP C3PO 4 years ago? :eek Take a look at the assembly video link in the left bar of this page - http://www.sideshowtoy.com/?page_id=4489&sku=2212 I even assembled my torso that way - with the back panel access and all.
