Hi!! It could be, but I have the part in my hand, and it seems like a lot of work for something that can be easily made with styrene...
On the other hand, reviewing that image, I think the upper part of the barrels is from the Tamiya flakvierling. And the lower part of the Bismarck parts are a continuation of that part, meaning they're the same
Finally, a few months ago, I converted the Hasbro shuttle to a studio model. To do so, I made 3D models of many of the parts (I didn't want to use the originals). I could share a link to all those parts if allowed (STL format). I'd rather share them and have someone use them than have them end up dying on my hard drive. Some images of those parts and their locations:
While the shape is promising, I just don't see them picking something with all those bits they'd have to cut off. (Or not just leaving them in place if they did pick it.)
the rear gun ball looks like it was cut out of a cupola or a tank wheel, there are alot of tank wheel that is cut in half, but its a very special profile and it need to be big, so probably 1/15 or 1/25 if its not a tank wheel, then it could be the panzerkampfwagen IV cupola, wich is cut in "half" a hint for that is the yellow circle
the orange things might be any round cupola parts maybe type 61
maybe this whole m61 part is the base, where everything sits on
