Could you please describe briefly the process of modelling the main hull and cockpit shapes? I assume those were vacformed?
Hi Ganesha7, I had the plans that Neil Ellis drew up back in 2008 I think. I sculpted green foam to create the bucks for the nose and upper hull. Main body was acrylic ribs to create main frame with aluminium tubing for internal supports, then skinned in styrene. Hope this makes some kind of sense.

Then vac formed from green foam bucks.

Managed to clad the neck in styrene and make a start on assembling & detailing. Still a long way to go........
