I thought The Company Guns were really cool, so of course I had to have one :love

The pistols were custom for the show by Infinity, so even the expensive Infinity airsofts don't match. Enter my old friend, the KWC Colt 1911, with an extended compensator:

I bought the correct jaggy trigger and magwell, then modified evrything else myself. Mods included lengthening the compensator and adding extra grooves and holes on he top, modding the slide and rear grooves, engraving the logo, changing the trigger guard and adding the grip badges. I'm still looking at further changes on the grip when I can get the stippled look right.

I sprayed everything matt black, then used Plastikote shiny metallic silver, and shiny metallic gold on the ejection port.

My Hiro sword is a Chen knockoff with real leather ito rewrap. The menuki was sculpted in Milliput then cast in resin.

For what it's worth, that "stippling" on the grip appears to be 20 line per inch checkering. You can get a file for making it for about $20 at Brownells or Midway. It files a series of parallel grooves, so you just file one way, file the other, and clean up the lines with a couple needle files. It's a pain in the tuckuss (and hence costs a pretty penny when you have a gunsmith do it) - but should go fairly darn fast on the various potmetals used in airsofts I imagine.

They also make jigs to make keeping your lines straight, but indexing off the edge of your vise works just as well.
