Shoulder cannon LED's and firring sound?

hey guys im working on a shoulder cannon of my own design ( ill post pics later dont have my camera and in kinda a rush ) and i was wanting to pt those ultra bright blue LED's in it and also have the firring sound effect go off i want it to be on remote or a switch but i want it to be fast like its firring and not just turning on
and i have no knowledge of this electrical nonsense so if anybody has any advice or input on it or an idea or materials i need to gather it would be GREATLY appreciated thanks! PS if this is the wrong spot please feel free to move it

I have no knowledge but I like the concept that you are wanting to do with it. Hope you get help, there are def. the resources on here to be able to help ya.
