Should I use this copper tape for my iso rods? - picture and link

What do you all think of this for the rods? It's 1/4" wide, 1.25mil thick adhesive backed . Is this too thick do you think?

From the ones I've had, that sounds spot on (see PM).

I did the conversion, 1.25mil = .03175mm
