Question Should I rewrite my post?

I submitted my first post yesterday and was told it would be posted pending moderator approval; that was over 24 hours ago, and I can't see anywhere on my profile indicating that a post is under review or anything? If the post wasn't approved, would I be notified of why and how to fix it?

So, should I go ahead and repost?


PS. Does just clicking the "Insert Image" button allow that image to show in the final post, or are there other steps one must take?
