Who doesn't love Shogun Assassin? The americanized version of Lone Wolf and Cub made from pieces of the first two Japanese films. SO weird. SO good.
One of the iconic scenes early in the movie involves the assassin presenting his own son with the choice of a sword or ball. A life of violence or join the boy's mother in the release of death. Dark stuff. Cool stuff.

I'd love to make a Shogun Assasin Sword and Ball display but I can't seem to find much info on the style of satin ball used in the film.
I also don't know much about samurai swords so any help with identifying the elements of Ogami Ittō's sword would be appreciated.
I'll try and post better sword ref when I can.
