The alignment of the dots make me think of the Stan smith adidas:

yeah.. on first look they look like Stan Smith's to me as well.. then just modified a little for the hightop area...

I think Adidas is the brand. Explains the rectangular area on the bottom that's blocked out. Now I just need to find a plain white pair in my size.

more pics including the watch. Can't make out what that says on the sole. S***. Thought it said VANS first. I'm guessing the watch is a CASIO or Armatron.
