Shoe help: cuban heel AND stickout sole

Alright, so I've been looking and googling for these for a while now. It doesn't help that I don't know what that type of sole is called, so any help is appreciated.

Does anyone in here know where I can find black dress shoes with cuban heel AND that type of sole? Everything I find has only one or the other.



Any other information about these shoes are also very welcome. In case you can't tell, they're the ones from the movie The Mask, for the iconic yellow zoot suit.

Those on ebay are like the ones I keep finding. They have the cuban heel, but not the stickout sole.

The second one seems like at actually has both! It's the wrong material, finish and color, but it says they do custom work, so it might be worth a shot! Pretty hefty pricetag though. Thanks for the link!
