SHIELD "Uniform" for Men as worn on Hellicarrier

Hello All:

Does anyone have more info (source material/fabric, place to buy, more screen captures) of the S.H.I.E.L.D. uniforms that the men wore on the Hellicarrier in the First Avengers Movie ?

I want one.. but can't find any info on those on the internet.
