im not sure about that... its got a cross, over what i can only assume is a bible.... i doubt that would be a prison service logo....

I agree, and considering how religious norton pretended to be that would make sense.

I would venture to say the design is of a cross over the christian praying hands symbol like the Elder pin below:

BUT, the picture is small and blury, I would have to see other shots.
