From the pricing on most outfits that have appeared on PropStore I would have to say 6 to $7,000. Maybe a little more as it also has a weapon with the outfit.

That pricing is for characters less popular (from a collecting standpoint) than Mal and Jayne. Let's not forget that one of Mal's browncoats sold last year on e-Bay for over $12K.
