Suggestion Search for posts with images

Would it possible to add an option in advanced search to find only posts with Images? members often post asking for images which have been posted preivously. i'm sure many people this useful for finding paper props, reference pics, etc. without having to look through many many long threads. I don't beilve this site is searchable via google, is it? so you can't use google's advanced search to search just this site, hence my suggestion.
