Can anyone recommend a good Screen Mesh, with a decent thickness but is well ventilated. I need to find a substitute for what i have been using on My Mortal Kombat masks.

I would try brand new window screening doubled up and at opposing angles to minimize the appearance of holes

What color and what percentage of surface to hole do you need?
I have access to a range of vinyl weaves that are very strong, light, durable and won't need doubling over to make up the density. The one I think would be best has 95% surface area and 5% hole. PM me if you need more details.
