Scratchbuilding a Mark X medical tricorder (Finished)

Re: Scratchbuilding a Mark X medical tricorder

So, here I am so far. Two problems! I don't have any medical graphics! :angry And I just moved to Phoenix and have not found a plastic company yet to get the clear rods for the front scanner!

Search for clear party drink stirrers , or you could use a clear pen.

I just got 100 5mm square LEDs off eBay of which I only need 1. PM me your address and I can send you one if you want.

Looking good. You've really done a great job, it looks like molded parts.

Funny the part about working in a hotel room, that reminds me of something I read in a modeling mag years ago. The guy was writing about building airplane models on the road, and the tool set he carried with him. He said he had to be very careful about cleaning up any sanding dust from working on the plastic, the hotel cleaning people were very nervous about piles if fine white powder left behind :lol

I hope there's an update soon! I'd like to see if those graphics worked out for you.
