I'm thinking of getting the museum replica T1 Jacket thats out but does anyone know what his size around 1984 was?

Its available in three sizes it appears (M, L and XL).

Most likely it was tailored to him, thats why Tony had all the body-builders business.

He was a great guy and you could have your jacket made to your own measurements.

Pumping Iron days he was running what a 60 chest and a 28 waist?
