Who are the Scariest Movie Bad Guys Ever?

My vote is Christopher Lloyd in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? That Villain scared the HOLY CRAP out of me when I was younger. I mean just scared me to DEATH.

Who are your favorite scary movie BAD GUYS?!?!?!?!

:lol

Michael Corleone.

He goes from antihero, who [rightfully] murders strangers, to unabashed villain who'll kill and destroy his own family.

He is cold.

Yeah, they both had a "baptism" scene, too.

Except one was great, while one was mediocre.

A few not so obvious ones...

Laurence Olivier in Marathon Man -- "Is is safe?"

Jeremy Irons in Dead Ringers

Robert Carlyle in Ravenous

Robert Mitchum in Cape Fear and The Night of the Hunter

Kathy Bates in Misery

I tend to be freaked or disturbed by these type of reality based villians.

Robert Englund's Freddy.

The Unseen, but heard "Beast" in Poltergeist, Made my hair stand on end when you heard the Stomps, then the Snarl and everyone got knocked on their asses.

For me it was "Alien". Of course I was just a wee lad sneaking downstairs when my older brother and his friends were watching it, but that thing still scares me. I hope when we do start really exploring space that we don't run into anything like them.

I have to go recent...and even though I was not a fan of the movie, I was a fan of Christoph Waltz as Colonel Landa. That role and how he played it creeped me way the hell out.

I have to echo a few all ready mentioned. When I was a kid these 2 terrified me the most.

The original Alien.
The Tall Man in the original Phantasm.
Now, I would love to met Angus Scrimm at a con if he still attends them.

When I was a kid, Mr. Barlow, the head vampire out of the Salems Lot miniseries gave me quite a few sleepless nights.....

Mine was Barlow ("The Master") in the 1979 version of 'Salem's Lot'.

When he is first revealed in the jail cell, I almost jumped out of my skin. As a result, EVERY TIME I watch it now, I get the chills when that scene happens (even though I know it's coming).

Hannibal Lecter... I don't make babies :p

Actually, I'm not sure. What the heck's an "H" tag? ...I'm kind of just blabbering... maybe still a little tipsy from last night.

How about Keyser Söze? Or really, Keyser Sözes' reputation. Killed his own family to make a point. How can you counter that?
