Sandtrooper helmet paint colours?

Can anyone let me know the following for my Sandtrooper helmet project which i will be starting soon:

1) Paint colours for the helmet.I know they are Humbrol but which ones,and where could i find them?
2)Tube stripe colours(if anyone knows where i can buy a set of sandtrooper tube stripes please pm me)
3) Lens colour.
4) Also,a size for the ear screws found on most Trooper helmets.

Humbrol number 5 dark AD grey for the grey parts, black seems to be personal preference on wether the individual thinks its gloss,semi , tube stripes were painted on originals midnight blue humbrol number 19 seems to get mentioned a lot seems a tad dark to me though, all model supply places carry the paints.
Lenses flat green lenses most people use a welders face sheild.
If you dont fancy painting the tube stripes then trooperdecals.com carries what you need.

i would go for Humbrol´s # 15 for the tube stripes, other than that... NUFF SAID! LOL btw. it seems like the black outlines were also glossy, at least this is what i think. maybe this picture of my TE2 helmet helps for the screw size... i don´t know if the is any exact size...

Is this the one i need then? Im assuming i need the enamel paint.Is the black outline a Humbrol paint too?

I would def go with black gloss not matt, my original was gloss. For tube stripes go to www.trooperdecals.com

You can just use model paint for the grey too.
