More info will be posted about time and date!

Last years gathering garnered only two participants. KnightAsylum and myself.

Maybe we can do better.

It did turn into just limited to the best of the best:rolleyes

Happy to meet up again with anyone that goes.:thumbsup

If it's Saturday night I know I'm out, the person I'm sharing the pass with will definitely be attending that day.

Even though I'm in Asia and ticket prices to both San Diego and Comic con are really expensive, I really have the urge to go next year.

You guys should make a RPF banner or something to tell everyone that those awesome costumes come from The RPF.

,Chris

Here's an idea: many of us have to get there uber early to secure a good parking spot underneath, then we have hours to blow before the floor opens. What about an early morning meetup for coffee?

I will probably be lined up for some kinda of exclusive figure at sail's pavillion or something.

I'd love to, but living in Sydney, it's hard to make it over..

Anyone going on Saturday night?? If someone is heading there, can you do me a favour and pick up anything V: The New Series related and send over??

Since you already mentioned that you'd like to meet at the Sail Pavilion, I don't see a conflict. We can meet you in line.

At least a few of us RPFers don't have to worry about waiting in line to get in... so we could just find you & hang for a bit, before we have to head off to our various booths or to staff duty or whatever. Just saying. I think we're still pretty open to date & time. But morning seems to be a dead time we could take advantage of, before panels start yada yada.

How much of that parking will be available under the Convention Center the day of, now that there is pre-paid parking??? Did they only reserve a part of that parking or the whole thing? You're on the planning board aren't you?

I'll be there all 4 days as well and scored a room at the Marriott so I'll be around.

I'll be there working the whole time, but if anyone wants to stop by the propworx booth and say hi that would be great, haven't met that many people on the board

I'll be there all four days. Would love to put some faces with a boardname!

I'll be at booth #2001, like we have for the past... I dunno? Ten years? Easy. And elsewhere on the floor five years before that.

I would just like to warn everyone I'll be carrying my RPF challenge coin, so no one's getting me on the have-to; just the want-to.

But, yeah; if you're going to be at the show, come by and shake my hand. We're splitting our booth this year with our producing partners, Kickstart Entertainment (the folks who did WANTED and VOLTRON and whatnot), so even if you don't want to shake my hand, maybe you can catch Thomas Jane or Danny MacBride or Dwayne Johnson or somebody we're doing business with.

"With whom we are doing business," for the grammar Nazis.
