Hi guys, I need your input. Is it safe to send airsoft gun replica to Spain? Anyone has experience (good or bad) in this regards? Thanks for the help.

It looks like Airsoft is legal in Spain. However, I'd probably advise the buyer that you are not responsible for customs seizures. If they don't accept those terms, don't send it.

I sent an Airsoft pulserifle with batteries and all a few weeks ago with NO problems...arrived perfectly!!!

I've sent several finished and un finished gun replicas to Spain with no problem.

YMMV But so far no problems.

Often I will ask that the buyer compose a disclaimer to include with the package in case their customs inspects the package.

Airsoft is welcome in Spain, we have lots of teams playing here ;)

Myself, besides all the stuff i've bought in the past from fellow rpfer's here, own a Paul Piper's Vulcan Gatling Minigun, which can be deadly when used with CO2 and metal ball bearings, and so far no issues with anyone nor when I imported it from the US ;)

Thanks for the input, guys, btw ;)

I've sent a couple airsoft rifles to spain and a couple replica handguns that look even more real and have had no problems at all, infact I think the last piece I sent was about a month ago, you should have no problem whatsoever

I have shipped a number of replica weapons (including several airsofts) to several of my customers in Spain and have never had any problem.

I think you can see from the number of positive responses that you should be ok.

I've bought a replica with aluminium parts from Matt (Matsuo) and customs didn't even open the box, so I don't think you should have any problem with sending it here :)

I sent an SD Studios pulse rifle to Spain last year via the USPS; it arrived safely. CeSquared is right, though: you had best be sure that the buyer understands that they incur all risks with such transactions.

yes, i sent a shotgun replica to spain, and every ounce of my body said this isn't going to work... furthermore, "the spainiard" said ship it without insurance?! What?! Anyway he insisted..

Bottom line, everything worked, out, the shotgun replica sailed thru customs without a hitch.. everyone was happy.

I sent a full metal Sidkit Blade Runner blaster to Spain from Ireland, it was shipped in one piece too.

If that got through then practically everything else will too!

I shipped a few airsoft items to Spain to a guy on here. It was hassle free.

The person is paying for it and they accept the risks.
