Ohai,

I've been looking for some good reference shots of this book for quite some time and so far have turned up with very little :cool.

So I was wondering if anyone here has any pictures if they've seen the book in Planet Hollywood? It would be appreciated very much.

I posted a thread a few weeks ago entitled "Magical Tomes and Mystical Objects" which has some pictures of Sabrina's spell book from the original Movie - the cover is different, but the pages inside etc are very similiar

Found the book scanned online. Some of the pages are exact matches to those on screen, and some are a cut & paste job. The real prop had the same few pages printed numerous times, and this book is where the artwork is from!

Cool, where did you find the scans in the prop?!

I just looked at some screencaps I'd grabbed from youtube to compare them to ones online. I'm thinking the prop master made a whole new book instead of just re-covering the old one, as the pages are missing page numbers and headers/footers, and some of them appear the wrong way round, but the designs are the same ones

I'm probably going to have a go replicating the book, so I'll put some pictures up if/when I do.

p.s. I totally took some of those older pictures at Planet Hollywood in Orlando. Been a fan of this prop for some time now. Too funny

Those are fantastic, especially the close ups of the border thanks alot for sharing them.

Also hope you don't mind me asking, but are you the person who had a piczo site with your own replica on it? If so that was a great copy

Haha, yup that was me. I completely forgot about that site...I guess it's still active.
Thanks for the compliment. Its very cheaply done as I've never been much good at anything past cardboard, but I'm glad you enjoyed it.
