This saber will only work with a blade from The Saber Trade, correct? No standard 7/8" or 1" blade?

Yezir, Correct! Covered that in the first part of op so everyone can understand standard blades won’t work.

And as you can see in the photos how small this accurate emitter is next to a 7/8” blade plug. Smallest tube that could fit would probably be 1/4” blade
Basically a wet noodles

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, But do you foresee this being a single run? Still trying to work out finances on my end, and I don't want to miss out on it if it is a one-time thing

we have no plans for a second run ATM. It is a VERY involved model.
We never say never(except for right then), but not sure that when we are ready to do another run that the desire will be there for the model.…
So definitely no time soon

We prioritized accuracy over convenience. We understand that there are great blade designs that have the 1" or 7/8" conection, but going that route made the saber look innacurate.

Just sent my reserve in.....sorry it took some time but in the midst of a cross country move. Decided I couldn't pass up this project and will.consider this my "house warming gift" to myself.

We Tested the switch assembly that comes with the fx kit and it is working very well! Clicky as it should be! We will add the six 2x1mm magnet sets later and see how that feels for a more accurate test as well.

Hey everyone sorry we have not been communicating well
Been off for this past week to help my parents relocate and at the same time had some issues with our email service.
We got that fixed and will be going over invoice request in the next couple of days.
If you don’t hear from us soon please email us again and title it “my ds reserve second request” as some message may have been lossed when our email platform was screwy

we can report great progress on the prototypes we are just waiting on the grips to be anodized as you can see they are still alu.
The quality is top notch though!!!

LOL all good. Thanks for the clarification. But while we're up to clarifying...is the color scheme similar, but opposite? looking at the gloved hand pommel pic above, the stripes are alternating...
Actually, what is the finish on the hilt going to be?
