S.H.I.E.L.D. Costumes - Agents, Tactical Units and canon characters

Hello, I am from a SHIELD cosplay project that is trying to assemble cosplayers of S.H.I.EL.D. agents under one organization.I am tasked with working out our cosplay guidelines and I want to ask what you guys know about putting costumes together for the following roles:

- SHIELD Scientist
- SHIELD Agent
- SHIELD Agent in Tactical Gear
- Tactical Operators
- Guards
and any other roles people can think of.
