What am I missing here .. Have the obi wan always been at this price?

You're missing out on a good deal!!

As far as I can remember, any replica run of original/found parts (grenade, booster, etc) has always totalled right around $400-$450. So yes, it's always been around this price.

Will these come apart simply by unthreading the ends? You don't use any glue or anything when assembling them, right?

Yes, that's correct. Simply unscrew the sink knob or balance pipe. I don't add loc-tite or anything else.

Roman, do the boosters have that weld thing the authentic ones do? It's not a big deal, but was curious. Man I'm so ready for my saber. It's been years since I've sold all my sabers off and am ready to get back.
