I believe it is a sandtrooper helmet.Does anyone know which particular Stormtrooper this is cast from?
Is it "set for stun" guy or someone else?
HDPE is High-density polyethylene. The original stunt helmets were made from this and painted white. The Hero helmets and the armor was made from white ABS. The normal RS stunt helmets and made from white ABS.Sorry, what do the acronyms mean?
I believe it is a sandtrooper helmet.
Thanks for the info!
I'll probably stick with Anon's "set for stun" HDPE then, since I'm not a big fan of Sandtrooper helmets.
Do you know what helmet it will be?These are not going to be sand trooper helmets. The only difference between the two are the additional paint details.
I just wonder how weathered the weathered versions will be. If you rush it through assembly line-style, it could look bad.
I also wonder if they will still have that crushed look underneath one of the tubes. I know their original helmet had it but it is annoying.
The base helmet is the same for sandtrooper and normal stunts. Only the paint is a little different. Thanks for the info!

I assume it will look like a normal TK stunt. There will be a clean version and one that is more chipped up.Do you know what helmet it will be?
Some ESB helmets were modified ANH helmets. There were several different types of helmets used in ESB. Go to Original ESB Stormtrooper Helmets and Armor for the details.Do you know if ESB stunt Stormtrooper helmets also share the same base as ANH stunt and made of HDPE?

Original ANH Stunt Stormtrooper Helmets has details about the ANH stunt helmets.
Why are they so much more than their standard ABS stunt? Is using HDPE a more involved process?
