this is looking like a nice helmet. i fear i may end up needing another royal guard helmet.

Sorry, I've been rather ill the last few weeks, so the casting process is running a little behind, but I'm running them off as quickly as the one mold will allow. I'll keep you posted.

The helmets are $250 plus actual shipping charges. Orders can be placed through our website.

Any rough idea what the turn around time is after you order one of these?

Right now it's slow going as I only have the one mold, and it takes time to build up layers of resin. Plus remember I'm sandwiching the helmet orders in between other projects and real life commitments, so expect a delay of a several weeks between ordering and delivery, at least.

Also, we just sent out our first set of Prequel version robes in red silk velvet. Here's a peek at the set...

The robe looks great. A terrific set. That was a good call adding that to your catalog. I'm glad you did it. That helmet, more than most, looks incomplete without the matching robe. You guys pulled it of marvelously.

How is your pattern for a ROTJ cloak? I'm sitting on 10 yards of velvet and it isn't going anywhere

The pattern for the ROTJ version is actually simpler than the EP III version. How wide is your velvet?
