Royal Guard Helmets

My CO is working on a big royal guard helmet. When I say big, I mean at least 30% larger than the DP. I'm not sure how many he feels like selling, though he's well aware of the need for a bigger royal guard bucket on the market.

made of fibreglass, and excelent quality. And inside I have enough room to turn my head to the side and up and down. I've even installed a fan oO

I'm totaly happy with this helmet and I've seen no head too big for this helmet...

A member of my local garrison has one of these "larger" helmets. He can, indeed, turn his head inside of it. I haven't asked yet, but I assume he purchased one of these. He did say he bought it overseas from another 501st member.

There is one issue. He kind of looks like a bobble-head doll with it on.

The trooper is about 5' 5" - 5' 9" tall (guessing based on my height).

To me, it just looks a little too big.

Not only is the DP helmet undersized... it's also shaped wrong. Would be interesting to see what efx comes up with... they were the new helmet dudes, right?

Well it's not perfect, but for me it's more than good enough. I've not seen many better RG-Helmets. And on with my costume on, I think it looks not that much too big:
