Thank you! Appreciate it. Both the ROTJ versions of the E-11 and Stormtrooper are my favorites, which I know for others looks like the black sheep.Great work, GCLAMBERT89! Thanks for your continued dedication to this version of the E-11.
Great thread GCLAMBERT89, totally agree regarding the ROTJ versions, was lucky enough to find both of mine on eBay.Thank you! Appreciate it. Both the ROTJ versions of the E-11 and Stormtrooper are my favorites, which I know for others looks like the black sheep.![]()
Gorgeous! Those are superb items you have. Did you assemble the blaster yourself or purchase it as is? Same question for the helmet.Great thread GCLAMBERT89, totally agree regarding the ROTJ versions, was lucky enough to find both of mine on eBay.

Much more to come my friend!
They must have used both black and white acetal. I think this photo is one of the few instances that we see a scope are of white plastic. As for your thoughts on the rail, I’m not quite sure. Most of the photos I have seen of the rail, the areas where the paint has flaked appears to be metal. As for it being casted, I do not believe so; but it would be interesting to hear what others have to say.I want to say the original was aluminum or some found part and they cast the rail for duplicates. The scopes look like White Acetal or Delrin, so you're right on the money there
I still want to know what was used for the front cap. Looking closely, it has a bit of a flare to it. It’s not perfectly straight like a cylinder. I have scoured the internet and eBay for vintage film canisters and I still have not found any that made me go “ah ha!”Oh I just meant those rails look cast plastic, yea I’ve seen most rails as metal.
Also I momentarily forgot all the e-11s with black scope material!
