ROTJ Darth Vader Reveal showoff

Hey all, wanted to show off a Vader reveal I've been working on for the past couple weeks.

I'm calling it done for now, even though I still need to add several more details, especially at the top of the mask such as the little gears sticking out of the side and such. I need another "zipper" for the neck too. Even though there is only one "zipper" on the original now, there was clearly another one in the movie. It must've fallen off at some point like a few other parts (or God forbid stolen). Need to add a few other little details for the neck too.

There are very few resin pieces, besides the "piano keys" at the top of the mask. Most of the detail parts are metal. The neck brace is an original medical support neck brace and the dynodes are original as well, even though I had to paint them since they were silver (probably will add the correct dynodes later). The dental expanders are copies.

By far this was the most fun I've had working on a prop. Very addicting too, since once I started, I couldn't stop. Definitely not 100% accurate, but I did try to get it as close as I could (even though I think 100% accuracy of any replica is impossible).

I'd love to add an interior to the mask based on the ROTS interior, although that's a ton more parts to find and make. Not sure if anyone has tackled that yet and finished.

Oh, so it is known how the ESB looked on the inside? Cool. Just one thing... did the kit come cut up or did you have to do it yourself, 'cause if it was something you had to do, why choose the RotJ trimming rather than ESB, since the interior was decided to be ESB?

I keep checking this forum in hopes of seeing someones new reveal and today didn't dissapoint!

re: ESB interior, Id be curious to see that too. The only thing I can see in certain photo's is a strange metal(?) screen seeming to partition off an area inside the face.

I don't know about 'cool' but certainly 'curious'. My aim is PT mask, with PT inner face detailing, OT inner jaw detailing, no canon rear neck, just smooth all round (I always felt Vader's neck collar oddly over-busy compared to the rest of his mask).

I'm currently detailing the interiors, though so far Fettpride has set a very high bar with his face interior, it's unbelievably meticulous and bang on so far.
