Here's my attempt to make the wooden sled from Citizen Kane
First step: cutting the pine wood and glueing it

I seem to remember a thread years back when the original prop was sold on auction. Had some good clear shots of it.

Scale is 1:1 (mine is aprox. 85 x 38 cm)

Not sure what measurements he's using, but here is a link to the diagram of the sled's approximate dimensions that I made up back when I was coming up with the plans to have my sled done.

I used the measurements according to the auction catalogue, so mine ended up with 85 x 38 cm (aprox. 34" X 15")
