The artwork is so simple you could do it yourself -- it'd make a great first paper prop.

I just watched the newly remastered dvd last week. You could NAIL this prop now (I was thinking teh same thing a few days ago - a cool El Corazon map would be so cool).
Can anyone ID the statuette that concealed the jewel itself? Looks like a crappy carnival prize.
