Well as far the the belt goes don't feel so bad. It is very different from the real screen used belt used in the movies. Do yourself a favor and order the Hollywood Collectables Rocky belt replica. The gold center main plate on the belt is 5 times more accurate than Walt Wizards replica plus they have the screen accurate brown leather straps and buckles!! Not to mention the gorgeous detailing and design of the gold oval side plates on this one.

It sounds like he is communicating.

He agreed to a refund, then told him he "doesn't have the funds to refund him".
So I think his issue is not the communication... It's, after all this time, he doesn't have it done.
Then he shipped it but, oops.. Problem with tracking...
Then it was.... "I'll refund"...oops... No funds to refund.
Now it looks like it is "Sorry bud.... I Spent the money you paid upfront and no, I didn't spend it on the materials to make your item".
