Rocketeer pack from Monsters in Motion

Not sure if I should post this here or in the props forum, but I noticed that the Rocketeer pack and helmet kit is no longer listed on the Monsters In Motion catalog. The items were there at least a week ago - when was last looking at them, but now....
Was there a C&D? Is ACME still making these, just not selling through MIM?

I just sent them an email this evening, but thought I would check here too as someone here might be able to shed some light a bit sooner than MIM

MIM is taking down alot of the fullsize prop replicas because they are getting alot of heat from companies life Sideshow and Master Replicas. There was apparently some infighting amongst some fanboys selling knockoffs on Ebay and the official companies got pissed off along with heat from the studios. So MIM is taking unlicensed merchandise down with respect to these companies. I am not speaking officially for MIM but I spoke with them just last week and this is what they had to say about this issue. Thanks, Jeff

The pack is on my 'must have' list of props, so I really hope there is a way to still get one. Always had to put it aside because of the price tag but at some point I will be able to afford one...

Evilbay is fine for impromptu prop finds, but I'm really hoping that I find a website where the pack kits are available for direct purchase.
