I actually did create some engine STL files but decided against spending any more time on them. I think the do3d files for engine model are good enough and figure people will be ok just printing those.

Thank you so much for this incredible model work. I think we all appreciate the tremendous time put into it. I was just going to ask if you had modeled the engines and had inside dimensions so I can start working on lights. Hmm!

Beautiful! Even with the printing lines...it adds a je- ne- sais- quoi to the whole piece that's both industrial and mechanical.

I have an Anycubic Predator the stock print volume is about 18 inches. I can upgrade it to make it even more, which I'll probably do for this print.

It has been decided that the condenser rings will become a separate piece. This makes it easier to print in its own orientation for a smoother finish along the edges.

FYI ,
The latest version of Cura has a new feature called “ironing” which provides a smoother top surface on 3D FDM prints. There is a CHEP YouTube video on this feature.
