Wow. He stayed active to the end... On IMDB, he has thirty credits only in the last ten years.
That's from after he had turned 80!

In what field other than acting can someone have such a long career, touching the hearts and minds of so many people?
 
I'm still routinely blown away by the pace some of these actors put up.

He's another one of those guys that never even remotely retired, and made something like 3+ films a year for almost 70 years straight.
 
I loved his performance in The Lake House as the grumpy, old architect trying to reconnect with his sons.
Rest in Peace, Mr.Plummer. Thank you for your work
