Thats the beauty and the sadness right there for me.
I'm devastated that he is gone but he will live forever through that show and continue to show new generations how small town America once was

Very sad. The original Andy Griffith show provided a lot of years of entertainment for me during my youth...
There are people like him, George Burns, Johnny Carson, that you are so used to having in the world, it's a shock when they leave it.
R.I.P. Andy The man was a phenominal talent, and very underrated. You want to see a really reprehensible bad guy, find "Savages", where he's a hunter who's accidentally killed a man, so he's hunting his guide in the desert to eliminate the only witness.

Now hopefully he and Francis Bavier can patch things up. Otherwise it's going to be a long eternity for them...
I don't know from what I heard of her Andy will probably be begging to bring her up from below
